Job Description:
- Work with the developers to plan projects and schedule them in our Project Management Software
- Meet with clients, communicate, and prepare timeline for new changes and existing project.
- Make sure all work is planned and scheduled and adjust changes needed accordingly.
- Review all work schedules and make sure all things are getting done and moving forward.
- Assist developers in making sure schedules are being followed and adjust if there are any changes and delays in our Project Management Software
- Analyze and identify opportunities to streamline our workflow.
Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple web projects
- Understand the software development cycle.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to write and speak English fluently.
- Experience at least 2 years in project management roles.
- Strong analytical thinker
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have some experience in programming or business analyst positions.
- Must be able to break down a feature to a high level task that needs to be done.
Bonus points:
- Have worked in a software house or web agency
- Have used Project Management software such as Trello, JIRA, and similar
