Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia didirikan pada bulan Juni 2012 dan menjadi
bagian dari Daikin Global untuk menyediakan produk-produk berkualitas dunia dan
melayani pasar Indonesia dengan beragam kebutuhan pelanggan. Saat ini PT Daikin
Airconditioning Indonesia memiliki jaringan distribusi 13 cabang di kota
Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar,
Palembang, Pekanbaru, Medan, Manado, lebih dari 1,200 dealer dan lebih dari 500
titik service di Indonesia.

- Memenuhi persyaratan pelanggan untuk peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dan berkomitmen untuk patuh terhadap regulasi dan/atau peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia

- Develop and implement corporate function strategies (manpower, GA, and legal) and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Keep updated with the latest trends in the field of applied human resource activities, legal updates and world-wide HR trends
- Prepare and monitoring company's legal documents according to government's rules and regulations.
- Develop manpower budget and establish a process to review the manning structure to improve the operation efficiency
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Responsible for the periodic HR planning and budgeting
- Prepare procedures and documentations for performance management system.
- Set standards, procedures and work instruction for recruitment and placement.
- Identifies competence standard for all employees and prepare evaluation and training system to develop employees skills.
- Maintain employee relations, ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported and resolved
- Supervise and take care disputes and work accidents.
- Conducting new employee orientations, training, counseling, and coaching staff
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management
- Have a deep understanding in KPI, PDCA, etc
- The personable leader who is able to nurture and create culture in a diverse environment

- Familiar with handling matters to DepNaker (Employee Department) and BPJS (Employee Insurance Department)
- Agility, analytics, communication, empathy, compassion, and discretion
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Able to communicate in English (speak & written)
