The Partner Development Associate will be responsible to carry out strategic projects. They will be required to work closely with hotel partners to help them maximize their potential revenue. This role is based in Jakarta.
- Understand customer needs and deliver optimal solutions
- Identify, prioritize, negotiate, contract non-participatory hotels, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Maximize hotel’s production and revenue on Online Travel Agents (OTAs) through a range of activities
- Act as the first point for technical contact for intermediate client related issues
- Help to drive business growth by enabling increased product usage
- Regular consolidation of client feedback
- Assist in internal process improvement to achieve client success
- Work closely with other functions within the organization such as operations, finance and product
About You
- Minimum 2-3 years of solid work experience in e-commerce or account management roles
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external clients/ internal stakeholders
- Excellent logical reasoning skills to develop and implement solutions to unique challenges
- Must be a team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
- Ability to multitask and achieve set targets on time
- Very good English mastery (English speaking hotels and internal communications)
- Nice to have: knowledge of the travel industry, Online Travel Agencies (OTA) and hotel revenue management sales and negotiation skills
