The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include providing technical, hands-on leadership in a production environment. Ideal candidates will have worked in a manufacturing environment in the past with a mechanical background. Must have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic failures in equipment.

Responsibilities
Responds to all facility work orders originating from building and equipment
supervisors, using established processes.
Schedules and performs standard preventive maintenance on all building
systems, roofs, safety and monitoring systems, and equipment.
Ability to prioritize and organize workflow to meet deadlines
attention to detail
Maintain the equipment and supplies necessary for departmental uses
Work collaboratively with other department leaders, actively participate in
management meetings, and make recommendations for team or process
changes to meet company goals and objectives.
May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
