Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
- Arrange and prepare merchandising activity schedule and guideline;
- Create plan, control, and monitor merchandising implementation activity and project in-store;
- Compile and distribute merchandising implementation report;
- Conduct merchandising call excellent process;
- Manage merchandising tools requirement;
- Conduct routine market visit for in-store activity monitoring;
- Manage merchandising concept room;
- Maintain good communication and relationship with merchandising partner or vendor or supplier.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Psychology or equivalent;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Have a good analytical thinking skill;
- Excellent in interpersonal skill and communication;
- Have an organizational experience (leading a team would be preferred).
